Wood:
One 36″ x 36″ x 3/4″ thick piece of exterior plywood.

One 2X2 x 22″ long pine board.

Tools: Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade, drill and 1/4″ dia. drill bit.

Hardware:
Hinge – Two 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″, brass plated (#BHNG2).
Eyescrew – One 5/16″ I.D. (#EYE3).
Screw – Two #8 x 3″ or 2″ long, pan head.
Rope or Cord – 3/16″ dia. x 12″ long piece.

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper – medium & fine grits.
Wood Glue – exterior (#GLUETB3).
Wood filler – non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes – 2″, 1″ and fine detail.

Paint:
White water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the
following suggested colors of Delta Craft paint:
